Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of products are non-returnable. These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., personal care items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

In the following situations, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Books with visible signs of use.

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, software, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.

  • Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival. You will also be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to officially post.

  3. Contact your bank — there is often a delay before a refund is reflected in your account.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at [your email address] and send your item to: [physical address].


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift-giver, who will then be notified of your return.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
